Using PilotSlate
PilotSlate connects early-stage companies ("startups") with businesses evaluating new technology ("buyers"). You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the company you represent.
Your account
Keep your login secure and your profile accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Listings, briefs and proposals
You're responsible for what you publish. Don't post misleading claims, confidential information you don't have rights to share, or unlawful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Pilots and deals
Pilot agreements are between the startup and the buyer. PilotSlate is not a party to them and doesn't guarantee outcomes. When both sides confirm a pilot on PilotSlate, a success fee may apply as described on the Pricing page.
Fees
Paid plans and success fees are billed as shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI features
Matchmaker recommendations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Use them as a starting point, not advice.
Liability
PilotSlate is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
